Greetings. Love this . I can't believe I'm only getting around to listening to this woman now. My husband has been raving for years. I guess I felt it was beyond my capabilities to read from what I perceived was a more intellectual, academic 'learned' person than myself. I was a simple fisherman in comparison but anyway, I'm glad I can stand in union with her now.

Fleming Rutledge has is a brilliant theologian who deeply understands the Gospel. Devour what she has to say, read what she writes. Her recent book, titled "The Crucifixion: Understanding the Death of Jesus Christ" is profound. I am not an Episcopalian, but that denomination is truly blessed to have her, as is all of Christendom.
