I love Jo, she truly is a fascinating and inspiring business women. I grew up with Glamour and for me, she helped pioneer the UK Fashion magazine world into the 21st century and she still continues to do so by embracing the times. I know your channel is about beauty and fashion, but it would be great to see women from other backgrounds (non beauty or fashion related) who predominantly work in a male environment, e.g. judge, and hear how they deal with sexism, if they feel the pressure to be more "feminine", why intelligent women are not necessarily looked up to unless they're into beauty and fashion, etc. etc. This may be a bit "controversial" and "too serious" for your channel but it would be nice to have a focus on something else from time to time for these interviews...
