Firstly, I've been following Mike's updates on snapchat and I am SO happy to hear Treacky is doing better 😀 Also, I think now that you have a new iPhone would be a great time to do a "What's in my iPhone?" video. I know you made one yeaaaars ago and if it's not too intrusive I'd love to see another one! It's always super helpful to see other people's phones because they'll usually have great apps that you've never heard of before so, yeah, video idea :D

Good to hear that Treacle is on the road to recovery - she and Piglet will be cuddling in no time! I do wonder what Piglet and Squidge think about her not being there - I bet that will be one happy reunion when she comes home! How nice of Mike's dad to watch Treacle so Mike can travel with you - I think it is best when he can be with you, especially for longer trips!! I had to look up Muntjac - didn't know what it was - how cool - you never get too old to learn - (including that d word from the other day) - teasing - LOL - just thought that would make you chuckle!! I'm sure she's home and fine now but my heart just goes out to you both over little Treacle. It's so upsetting when something happens to your dog! Ours recently had to have emergency surgery and I'll freely admit I was a complete mess the whole time. I'm still wrapping her in cotton wool even though it was a month ago and she's now completely better (no mean feat considering my dog is a fairly chunky husky lol). I really hope Treacle is ok and back to her mischievous self soon.

Piglet is a hound dog and she'll run away no matter how trained she's. I have a sausage dog too and I never go for a walk without a leash because this breed is very stubborn and likes to hunt everytime they're on open fields. You should buy one of those retractable leash for her and save you guys from all this running away. Also, will be safe for her.

Same bere. I have a wire-haired mini one and we just bought a super long leash. He is a fantastic dog but you can't change the breed and the fact that they are hunting dogs. It's in their genes.

***** No need for a dog park or enclosed area, we just walk ours in woodlands/ fields etc. Just persevere in training the dog when they are young. Sadly people are lazy, give up on training their dog then resort to putting them on a lead and then if they do ever let them off the dog will run off. I have grown up with spaniels, never had a dog run away.

+bettybreeze78 +bettybreeze78 dachshundas are not spaniel and they're very hard to train. I'm not lazy and trained my dog well but you can't trust a sausage dog in a open field. Fleur's spaniels never ran away, as we all se. But she's having problems with her sausage dog and that's a fact.

Did Top Shop gift you the lovely dresses? The bright red and black checkered coat looks great on you and the color is great. I would wear the coat if we had cold weather in Los Angeles. It is in the mid 70's (F) which i warm. We have had a very warm September and October with the temps in the 70's to 100 degrees. I would love a blast of cold air. Ta Ta!
