I’ve used Flexim to replace mortar in my valleys at home and reseat some ridge tiles. Yea it’s expensive but last about 4 times longer than mortar. Doesn’t crack like mortar, will move with the tiles during wind, self repairs, instantly waterproof, paintable. It may cost more compared to mortar but the labour time is significantly cheaper so it balances out.

It looks exacly the same as my friend brought with him from the Netherlands with the promise of a lifetime job . But its not as longlasting after 18 years it had shrunk and hardend and came lose from the bottom tiles . The ridge tiles had to be taken off and re-laid . I would go for a dry system or mortar

Trying to buy Flexim in Colorado... no roofing supplier has it and doesnt seem like anyone online sells it... any ideas?

Use morter flexim is not as long lasting as they want you to believe we had to take it off after 18 years
