Sir highly highly highly thank ful to you, it's been more than 1 and half months , I have been suffering with L4 L5 L5 S1 disc Bulge and legamentum flavom hypetrophy, I had a severe pain in my right thigh only (Groin area) hospitalized for a week in Delhi paid 1.5 lakhs as hospital bill, epidural Neuroplasty has done in hospital too, but no relief Then started physiotherapy and sujok therapy with accupressure only bit relief, but just now as I used to watch your videos,now I came to know about my problem and it's cute ( flexion exercises). just tried it now & I swear believe my ,I found miracle changes in me, almost 90% relief in my leg pain, Thank you so much for this noble cause, may god bless you, heartily thankful, hat's off 🙏🙏

Thank you Doctor 🙏 I am almost recovered now by doing your suggested flexion exercises. All those who are suffering from lumbar stenosis and disk bulge please trust the process.Please understand the difference between flexion and extension exercises and do it regularly. I was suffering from lumbar stenosis and disk bulge and I could barely walk for 5 mins and lost all the hopes of recovery but the flexion exercises had helped me alot and now I am 95% recovered.Also don't forget to chant Hanuman chalisa. It had helped me alot. 🙏

Many years ago I had a severe lower back pain...worst pain ever, couldn't stand for 5 minutes without moving. Couldn't bend at all...tried 4-5 different physiotherapists. Finally, after 2-3 yrs someone referred to a Sport's physiotherapist, who started with flexuin (lower back, crunches, knee to head, rolling, and lots of knee to chest) plus manipulation. Took about 2-3 months but pain was gone for 10 years. Came back in Covid and weight also increased, but all local Physiotherapists in my City, including MPTs, kept on doing Bhujangasana, Cobra, hamstring stretch, along woth others. It didn't get better and have been going to physiotherapy for 1.5 yrs now, but no major benefits. Worse since last month.. Now finally found a solution..and the same set of exercises which worked last time, same as 10 years ago. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

But agar patient ko forward bending me pain hai to kya kre!? Uski history hai 8 years ago PIVD aur surgery ki thi us time pe. Accident hua tha. Bt abhi bhi usko back pain ka problem hai. forward bending is painful

Sir i dowatch each of your vedio a lot of times ... But when i had acute pain in l4 l5 disc bulge which was acute that time but you gave me flexion exercise,but here, it means i was supposed to do extention exercises why u gave me flexion exercise ? And i am doing that flexion exercises for last 6 months and please tell me how long i have to do the same or what to do next?or am i doing right exercises or wrong? And the main thing i had disck bulge no canal or root compression the disc bulge was mild but that couldnt let me stand or walk not more than 5 minutes..when u prescribed me those two exercises ... Knee to chest press , and tummy tuck.

Apki video dekhkar apni problem se match karti hu to lagta h ki cronick problem h isliye wahi exercise kar rhi sir kya ap mujhe confirm karenge ki main sahi exercises shuru ki hu ki nhi baki apne jaisa jaha h agr exercise karne se pain uper ki taraf badhe to sahi h agr pair ki taraf ho to galat main bas wait kar rhi ki mujhe symptoms mile ki sahi kar rhi ya glt 🙏🙏🙏 mahadev bless you sir🙏 tqsm❤️

Flexion exercise me jo first exercise hai usme sir aapne ek leg st. Rakhi hai aur second se hip to chest kr rhe hai... But ek video me aapne bola tha stenosis me second leg ko st. Nhi rakhna

How long patient need to do flexion exercises to open canal stenosis and get to know we don't need to continue further flexion exercises it has open properly.
