I really appreciate your videos. We have the Titan, 1 extra battery pack & 500 Watts solar. All purchased through you. When the covid lock down happened we were boondocking in Quartzsite. The 500 watts capped off the Titan by the evening. We were stuck boondocking for 3.5 months. We found out if there is a shadow on our solar panals in the morning we needed to disconnect & reconnect one cable to get better charging. Could 5 of these Flex Folding pannels be connected in series for a charging bank to the Titan?

Do you need to disable the charge controller on this unit when plugged into a solar generator? Where is your video on the aolar panel stand you mentioned? Thanks for the informative video.

You don't have to disable the PWM solar charge controller that comes with these panels, when plugged into a solar generator, you just don't connect it. You would plug the panels into your solar generator, directly, since it has its own controller.

What is the wattage output AFTER the panels have been in the sun for 15 or more minutes & have gotten HOT? Probably more like 100W output. I"m thinking two XTAR SP100 flexible solar panels is a much better choice + they're more efficient & will put out more wattage when in any head-to-head comparison.

Would this be the best solar panel recommended for an EcoFlow River Pro with 200w input max? If not, which would you recommend for fastest charging?

I got Ecoflow's 220W panel. Collapsed foot print is smaller, full sun day you can realistically get 180-200 (also realistically possible to get 220W). I like it.

For fastest charging, you want the closest to 200W actual real-time input. Most panels only give about 80% of their rated wattage, plus it's not always ideal circumstances. So get good solar cells and over panel the River Pro by a little (takes 200W max of solar input, so having a little extra rated wattage will be good). If the panels are generating more than 200W the River Pro will just take 200W.

These 200w glass/alum frame/steel legs panels are way too heavy and large for many small campers and nomads, IMHO. Guess this company also makes the HF briefcase panels as the build, color and SAE connector are the same?
