Thanks for watching Victoria! I do plan on making a video because I am asked this a lot. I’m really lucky to have a great support system. My parents watch nick and when I’m gone my husband works from home and his mom will come help with the baby.

I just had a few interviews and these are exactly(!) the questions being asked. You are spot on! I wrote down my answers and practiced in front of a mirror, to see how I come across… Job hunt in this field is not easy but soooo worth it. ☝🏽Stay motivated and don’t give up! Your time will come.

Ya "What is your weakness" has become a waste of time and now usually asked by an interviewer simply as a matter of "traditional process" and they probably couldn't care less for asking it. There are more relevant and meaningful questions to ask in an interview such as "How would you handle the following situation....." and "How did you make that dish in the air?".
