I’ve been eating only 2 carbs a day and focusing on protein and fats. The fats help you feel full. It’s all in whatever works for you. Congrats on your weight loss so far. I really enjoy your channel….flying or not. Thanks for sharing. ❤😊

Keep going 😁! I like that you have a good perspective - food is one of the joys of life. Know when you are deviating from what time and experience have taught you are best practices, but don't beat yourself up. You go Will !!! You will get to the point where you can “cheat” occasionally and eat something decadent. Losing weight can certainly be a challenge but your overall health will be the winner here. The key I have found for myself is just making good healthy choices. It looks like you already are there. You have an advantage of having a job that keeps you moving constantly. Keep it up, I’m happy for you! I have alot of friends, FAs at UA and I certainly know how tiring things can get. All the best to you from San Diego 😎
