@ It relaxes the muscles to help with tension caused with the tight muscles. I had them between my eyes, forehead, scalp, back of neck and shoulders. They do a lot of tiny injections and it’s painful but worth it. I was also on a monthly injection and muscle relaxer. As of now I have cut down on simple carbs and only take a muscle relaxer as needed. I rarely get migraines.

yeah! I was told a few years to do floss first and then brush, you remove everything first, and then with brushing it takes care of the rest :P I didn't know where mouth wash fitted in though 🤣

I love Korea. I got several treatments when I was there a few months ago, including a microneedling and an injection called Rejuran that regenerates the skin. The entire thing was like $400 which is less than I’ve paid for just microneedling in the US! But my skin looked cray for about a day so not great for an FA working a flight that day, but worth a non rev for!

Go to H Mart or Mitsuwa in Plano buy radishes! Korean radishes are sweeter in winter. The green part is sweetest. Mizkan rice vinegar, sugar and mirin (sweet rice wine). Marinade overnight. Yummy.

It NEVER ceases to amaze me how much more expensive things are in the states compared to over here in the UK (Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿). Three areas of botox - forehead, elevenses and crows feet - exactly like you described usually costs me about £150 which is less than $200. You guys really get scammed over there!! I was just in Incheon a few months ago and stayed at the same hotel! If you’re ever back there, I’d recommend checking out Forest Outings which is a really nice/huge cafe with tons of greenery and plants everywhere. South Korea’s historic Chinatown area is also in Incheon and very worth checking out too!

Naver and Kakao maps sre supposed to be beet in SK but i also had some issues because sometimes it didnt translate. then i had to use google translate to figure it out. banana milk and the iced coffee is so good! also you should try the Hazelnut coffee cause it's amazing. and the Tuna gimbap from the convenience store is so good too! love seeing your mini adventures - happy travels 💖

I’m glad that the Botox worked out for you but you’ve really got to be careful. I used to work in a plastic surgeon’s office and we would get many people coming in with infections from procedures that were done outside of the US. As clean as it was, you don’t actually know for sure what is being injected into your skin. Not trying to scare you but I witnessed some gruesome things in the one month I worked at that office. Stay safe!

Why on earth don't you have electric kettles in Nort America (I noticed this in Canada, too)? Microwaving a cup of water is so dangerous (can explode and cause horrendous burns - I have seen this happen, even whenit's all been fine before), plus it doesn't heat the water evenly. Take it from ne - invest in an electric kettle - you won't look back! ❤
