You and Chip have the perfect personalities to foster and rescue these special fur babies. It’s a shame so many are mistreated, abused, and abandoned, but I’m thankful for angels like you (and my niece) who rescue these beautiful creatures because they are all beautiful gems and give so much back to those who love and care for them.

It's lovely and heartwarming how you both love and care for your own dogs, p!us being fosterers, and not forgetting Boots, hope he is okay with the snow, I think you said that you were going to put a shelter up for him. Absolutely adore Poof, no wonder you both fell in love with him I remember when you had to share the sad news about Bubba (R.I.P.), and crying with you, because of the raw emotion that you showed, we felt it too. Hope one day I will bump into you in London, if you are here in the Winter, or the weather is just yuk, you would probably like Westfield, shopping centres, as undercover (either Hammersmith or Sratford.) Both have, Marks & Sparks, Primark, Waitrose, and John Lewis. If you come to the Stratford one, you can visit the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as well, which is bigger than Hyde Park. Hope you feel better soon.

Hey Kat, we have been taking half a teaspoon of genuine and original Manuka honey from New Zealand every evening for months and have not caught a cold since. The honey is so healthy but expensive. Kat, I just love watching your videos whether flying or shopping. My grandmother gave me some advice to prevent getting sick that I never took to until I got older and after the pandemic. She said to keep cheek, neck and feet warm. It actually works, so I hope you can give it a try.

I just began to be a commuting flight attendant (my choice to get off of reserve) meal prep has become a lot of time and energy i dont always have. Ugh, you getting what I call Normie Sick that often in a month is horrible! I feel so bad for you! PEOPLE ARE SO GROSS, I CANNOT! Definitely wear a mask at work to see if it helps, even if it's just next winter. Would be interesting to see the results 👀😂💜 I implemented my own rules at home, basically sequestering my germs from everyone (easier to think that was instead of thinking of getting away from everyone else's germs lol), and guess what? No Normie or my autoimmune sicknesses!

@@KatNesbittI take “the protocol” as my sister and I call it because we heard our other sister preach about the protocol during Covid. Our protocol is K2, D3, elderberry, vitamin C, and zinc. For other reasons, I also take coq10, biotin, and b12. I haven’t been sick in over a year, and I’m around the public all the time. Most of my team have been out sick for one reason or another but I’ve been okay thank goodness. I do give credit to my “protocol” for staying healthy.
