You're safety comes first along with your fellow crew members and passengers, but I always think that if they pull that plane I'd rather have it sitting on the tarmac than have to turn around halfway over the Atlantic.. We have a Bruegger's in Bettendorf, Iowa and I love it!

Planes WERE turned around halfway over the Atlantic on September 11th, 2001. The ones more than halfway ended up in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. Its why the American ambassador goes to Gander NL, every September 11th!

Caught it on NBC news. It is one of the biggest infestations and these bugs are in the subway, airport, hotels, B&Bs, etc. The city is hoping to have them exterminated before the Olympics.

When I was a kid, my dad did airport operational readiness as a project manager for American Airlines, and the another few Ed, aviation companies. He would call us when he landed at the airport, which was DFW, or at least it was supposed to be. We would answer the phone and say hi, and he would say hello, and that he was at the airport. When this first started, my mom was like OK good and he said no, you are supposed to ask me, which one? He had a habit of being bumped off of flights, and literally even having to fly through countries that he had not intended to be an in. I have done it as well. Oh, the joy of flying standby.

I feel so sorry for you for not getting the nice trip to Paris. I know it is always very hard to be excited and prepared for something and then not getting it. As to the haunted place books, I'm a science/physics guy whose worst subject was math (which is why I became a truck driver LOL). I need to have A LOT of evidence to suggest that someplace is "haunted", or that there is paranormal activity. There is, however, at least one observation I made with a three year old boy which I can't explain, even to this day. In 1997, we were at my grandmother's place right after my grandfather had just passed away. The three year old was seen by Grandma having a conversation with a photo of his five year old cousin on the keyboard cover of a piano that I have today. There were many photos on the piano, but what was unique about the photo of Jacqui was that the photo was taken in 1965, which is the year she had died from leukemia. Her photo was the only one of a relative who had previously passed away. Could it be a coincidence? Who knows. We can explain some of the physics all of the time, but we will never be able to explain all of the physics at any time.

It's a nice destination. Still reading and enjoying Fourth Wing. I'm about 2/3 through. I read it in small chunks. Haha! I'll have to check out your new author. Thanks for the video!

The one time I was in Paris, I walk around, became bored with all the old buildings, and left the city. I don't understand why people rave about Paris. Perhaps if you find streets with lots of interesting shops, or go to the Eifel tower, or the Louvre art museum.

I think Paris would be where you land before heading to Toulouse, given what an Airbus fan you are! You should be a consultant to the Airbus design team because you use the products they construct.
