Great session of Q&A ! Maybe I'm not a CC but there are some aspects about recruiting process that are similar to many job positions, that can be applied to anyone. It's funny how some things don't change, no matter the job you have. When I worked in the investment field, when we had some spare time we used to eat too(for some reason in all the places I have worked, were filled with supermarkets or restaurants 😂) , or one of the staff would go to buy the food we wanted to share or even watch a movie (but we never watch full), It wasn't something usual, but when we had the chances we enjoyed it. Nice purple lighting! Ps: I see you get blushed easily 😁

Also a question to you Alexander - Etihad needs of people to join asap. How does that reflect on your work right now? Is there a shortage of crew on board? Lets say instead of normally 8 flight attendants assigned to one flight, you are working as 6 and doing a job of 8 people? I would be grateful for your insights.

Hi, fingers crossed , good luck for you! No, there's a mandatory number of crew that has to be the same on all flights depending on the aircraft. So we don't fly less than that number Only consequence of a crew shortage would be more flying hours, busier roster. Thing is the airline is opening up new destinations or increasing the flights on current ones, so yeah, more crew needed. Cheers!
