Don’t stress just be your best self be personable and try to connect with the interviewer. They’re looking for how you will be able to make connections with random passengers and give them a positive experience.

So what’s the tea on the pay??? I got invited to a F2F interview August 11th and that’s one thing I’m worried about! I make 40K a yr right now & could take a pay cut, I just wanna know how much of a pay cut to expect.

So the pay was $19 a flight hours with $1.80 per diem but, they have recently gotten a raise to $27.50 a flight hour. I’m not sure about the per diem.

You get the same flight benefits as mainline but AA gets jumpseat priority. Envoy considers regular passenger seats jumpseating too.

Hello! I have been with Envoy for almost 6 months as a customer service/ramp agent. I work 4 days on, 3 days off. I would like to apply to the FA program soon. How many days on and off do you work a week as a flight attendant? And on average, how many hours do you work? Do you ever get solid sleep? Subscribed!

I’m sorry for my late response I have been on a hiatus. The 4 days on 3 days off can be a very real and possible schedule for you, but not guaranteed. If you prioritize your sleep in layovers you can get good rest.

Do you feel like the Instructors want you to pass? (I know that some new hires for some airlines feel like it is just the opposite). Are they still doing that virtual training for the first part!? I cannot imagine sitting on public Transportation all decked out in FA uniform. 😬 Is your Airline ok with your piercing (or do you just flip it up)? I see a lot of AA FA's with multiple earrings in these videos, but I always hear that's not allowed (or supposed to be showing ...like tattoos) but still I always see them in videos! I lived in Miami for years...so, yeah about the "bodies" but who's to say someone doesn't prefer curvier over more muscular! It takes all kinds! ☺👍 Does Envoy have a base in FLL? Oh and also did you have a lot of customer service?

So there’s a lot to unpack in this comment lol. My instructors were great but every class gets different instructors. I haven’t been through their trading in almost 4 months now so I’m not sure if that is still their policy, but I think that method was working for them. I do just flip my piercing up whenever I’m not at work and you will see a lot of things on the line that are not company policy tbh. Yeah the body situation wasn’t as intimidating as I thought it would be. Envoy does not have a base in FLL but I believe american does… I think. I had about 6 years of sales/ customer service before this with a lil bit of nursing school.

Hello I start my training on October 3rd. I know there are 3 retakes. Now, on the first week of training virtual is there a test that we need to pass with a 90%? And if we fail what happens for the virtual training part ?

Not a problem. I’m glad I can help. Unfortunately a lot of things I didn’t say in the video is simply bc I can’t. I also can’t give you particulars in regards to the tests unfortunately, but they are passable. They want you to pass they are not going to set you up for failure.
