Tsepak la, It is very good that you watched from outside! Airport system undergo this very high level of security clearance and their system is very complicated. It is more prone to complication than buses and trains. I don’t know why this gentleman with the neck pillow is unnecessary loud? Why trouble this guy? This person has no say in the delay or the whole process, He just mans one of the 1000+ Spice Airline desks in india. Godd Tsepak!
