Chris if youre using the blue yeti mic, i suggest turning the gain knob on the mic all the way down and boosting the mic volume in windows or macOS all the way up to 85-100%. This will result in a cleaner sound without picking up any background noise. But youll have to speak a little bit closer to the mic

I used to have really dry, itchy, flaky scalp too. I know a girl that’s a hairdresser and she said I have very course hair and I shouldn’t be using conditioner. Ever since I stopped using conditioner and only use shampoo I don’t have drandruff anymore. Not a single flake.
