In my travels I am fortunate to visit a new town/city that I have never been in and so I take out my camera and drone and record the sights and sounds in this community.

how far from downtown Edenton is your development, in miles and time please? I don't think it is very close.

I don't have a development. I was in the "park" area at the lighthouse and at both ends of town to take the retail pictures. The river picture was taken at both the "guns" and the "park" locations. All within the line of sight of my drone. I hope this answers your inquiry. Thanks for watching. There are other videos in this playlist of other cities.
