The ad-folder is a promo for Bodoe being one of the three 2024 European Capitals of Culture (the other two being Tartu in Estonia and Bad Ischl in Austria); a lot of Widerøe's operations are in North Norway, often passing through Bodø Airport (BOO). While European Capital of Culture is an EU program, every three years, non-EU cities (from either a non-EU country that is a candidate for membership, a potential candidate for membership, or part of the European Economic Area (EEA)) are eligible to be selected.
