The secret to enjoy a good flight (as a passenger) is to have a few drinks before... let the muscles relax a bit, put on some good tunes and look out the window... :) Let the world pass by underneath you...
@cptray-steam3 жыл бұрын
See my first (and only) flight so far, I was looking out the window nearly the entire time. I think I was in an A319-100. I was nervous at first since it was my first ever time flying in any type of aircraft. We flew for about 4 hours from SFB to SHV. It was pretty exciting, but the entire time I was thinking about every possible thing that could go wrong lol

I see becoming a pilot is an expensive thing, now I am taking a different path ahead and become a Software Engineer, its painful but I'll get through. I am now taking my first day as a freshman in August 24. Every time I see a pilot videos or any airplane videos, it just breaks my heart. Interesting to see the differences from 737, there the pilot flying has one hand on the throttle until V1, but you guys have the pilot monitoring being ready on the throttle. So video idea; why you do it like that ;) and the nature over there is almost as nice as here in Norway :)
@Pilotemilie5 жыл бұрын
For our SOPs it's actually the CA, not the PM that has their hand close to the throttles. So when the CA is the PF, they also have their hand there. It's different for every company!
