This wasn’t as bad as i thought it was going to be. Only critique is take a pinch of flour and drop it in the oil. If it sizzles then your oil is coming up to temp. Also get a wire rack. That way the skin stays crispy once it’s out the grease

Tip to those watching this/trying to learn how to cook chicken....The reason he packed so much flour unto the chicken( squeezed it when flouring/put on extra flour while frying) is because he took the skin off🤣🤦🏿The skin is basically an adhesive for the flour to stick to the chicken that's why when ppl bread chicken with skin they shake the extra off..he had to to try to OVER flour chicken to bare chicken meat and it doesn't stick well without skin .....other than that good vid Flight✊🏾😂....

Pickle Juice is actually a great brine for chicken. It's basically just vinegar and spices. Buttermilk and pickle juice were perfect! You should try it Cash. You don't taste the pickle juice. Just helps tenderize it.
