You should be ashamed of how you act clownish when you review restaurants. You reflect your mom and all that she stands for. That's your business, respect it with better manners and professionalism

There are no measurements. How were you able to do it?
@williamgonzalez28264 ай бұрын
@@deeharris4634 Honestly southern cooks don't really use measurements she focused on the ingredients and batter consistency. The giveaway was when she asked her son to taste the dry flour also you can "see" your ingredients in the wet batter. Add to however much flour your using as much of these ingredients till you see them come through wet or dry. Trust me its trial and error till you find what you enjoy best just don't skip the final oven crisp rest of the chicken then Church's chicken will have nothing on you either!! Good luck my friend have fun doing it!

Calm demeanor but we all know she probably kept you in check, a true teacher, thorough in her steps and willing to EXPLAIN the how and the why. And that crunch on that chicken. The water in her batter thing isn’t too surprising actually make a lot of sense, my question is do yall make hot water cornbread? Cuz definitely giving true southern/native American tribe vibes.
