thanks! ground units are by default and are activated with shift+e+1 and 2. the pushback truck is activated by pressing shift+p. these cars appear when you set airport traffic to high. the crew sounds are recorded off youtube then added during editing

@dudewwe101 you could buy a yoke controller, or you can use a gaming wheel even though I might not recommend it. Also, you can play with a keyboard, but controls might be slow. In FSX, you can use your mouse as a yoke.

since I was flying in the winter time heading west, I flew very north, so I flew faster than the solar terminator, looking like I was flying into night (although that's because the north is very dark in the wintertime). Based on time zone difference, only a few hours passed, so it was still the morning.
