There is also ground briefing costs. Every time before you fly and after your flight, you have to brief about how flight will go and how it was, what you can expect during the flight, what you have to learn, what you will do and how you did etc. It is usually takes 30-60min and costs about 75cad an hour. Unfortunately, school doesn’t mention that costs on their fee infos. Also, these flight hours just requirements which you have to collect at least. In reality, you will do 30-40% more hours than that due to weather, your ability, and busy airports. Finally, we should consider our costs be at least 30-40% more than the costs school provided.

Yes. What you have said is all correct. That's why in the video I have come with average figures based on a cheap flight school. These figures can go upto 100k or more if you decide to do in an expensive school

Hey Anish, This Video Is Loaded With Valuable Info. But I Would Like To Give You Some Suggestions, Considering That Most Of The People Watching This Video Are From India, I Think you Should Make It Clear That Working In The Airlines (What We Called Part 121 In The States) Requires You To Have A Permanent Residency Of Canada. And They're Having A Perception That Working In Canada As A Pilot Will Help Them Make Loads Of Money Please Clear That Part As Well, I Think You Know Pay In Canada Is Way Lower Than The World Market Standards. Also The Upgrade Time To Captain Of Jet Liner In The Airlines Is Slow Too Cause Of Slow Growth It'll Be Nicer If You Clear All These Points Too.... Happy Landings.....

Thank you for your information, do you think the need for pilots will not decrease in the future because Airbus is supposed to increase the number of pilots in the cockpit to one pilot by 2025, and also Airbus and Boeing finally intend to build pilotless pessenger plane by 2050. What is this about?

Is it hard to get a pilot job after getting your CPL in Canada? If so, is it better to get a flight instructor rating.. are flight instructors in demand right now?
@flyingtrucker438

Presently not many opportunities out there as the industry is just recovering. Recovery rate is dubious amid delta variant rise. But if everything goes well, then next couple of years will see a great demand for pilots, is what I believe. #beingpositive

Thank you for the information, brother, now I know what to do next and where to start. However, Air Canada requires a three or four year diploma/degree programme from a college or university, as well as an Aviation College degree or diploma, so can I just go to flight school and get all the licenses and get my CPL, and are there any other companies where I can work as a first officer with just flight school and no degree or diploma?
@flyingtrucker438

It's a highly debated topic. I know people who got their work permit and also who weren't successful. If you can push the course for 2 years then more chances of getting work. On the other hand if you do instructor rating, work permit is guaranteed.
