I like the frame and the custom prints a lot... camera and cap part are well designed and suit the frame's look.

Nice vid as always! FYI, the helio did not have 2 gyros, it had 2 processors.

FYI It has 2 gyros as on the webiste mentioned
@JoshIsReallyAwesome5 жыл бұрын
Lee LifeLon FPV not sure what website you are referring to but the Helio boards only had one gyro and two processors: an F4 running normal flight controller stuff and an F3 dedicated to gyro filtering.

Lee LifeLon FPV dude. I’m not talking about the Talon F7 Fusion.
@tehllama425 жыл бұрын
@@leelifelonfpv1375 Josh is correct - the Helio had a single gyro, with an F3 procesor dedicated to running the filtering, and an F4 handling the rest of the FC duties. Whatever the site description states, that's how it worked. Either way, the Talon is awesome, and to be honest for racing the F4 V2 with Pit Switch is all you need - the things fly absolutely amazingly well with just that, and you don't need more.

Good stuff Mike. Attention to detail is part of the game! I REALLY like this build.

These things really go together that well, and I have to agree with the part choices. Mine are all different builds, but the frame/ESC combo is pretty much 'the' answer

I wish I'd seen this before I built mine.. my FC has m2 holes. Made it a pain in the tail to get the parts secure... that little recess area in the necleus plate is handy.. I almost want to go re rout my wires after watching your assembly

Great video. Just a little criticism though. Kind of dangerous leaving your wires for peripherals ie vtx, cam, and receiver a little too long having bare wires exposed. Maybe its just me but I always try to make it a point to keep the insulation all the way to the solder joints.

I refer to your videos. I bought two Talon f7 with MPU6000 and Fusion, but neither motor 4 works. ESC is Talon's Gigawatt and there is no problem here. It looks like you've been using Talon f7, but have you ever experienced such a bug? I bought it again because I thought it was an initial failure because the FC I bought was defective. Is it a problem that can be avoided by setting? Do you have any good ideas?

Gavlar FPV it’s normal so?
@FlightClubFPV5 жыл бұрын
yeah it's normal. just plug in faster :)
@tehllama425 жыл бұрын
On 5S and 6S, it just gets louder. Something useful you can do is adjust the prongs on the male side of the xt60 connector to make sure they have the right tension - either collapse them down, or use a small phillips screwdriver to spread them out so you get more consistent contact when you're plugged in (and less likely to come unplugged in a crash), as that helps too.. Other than that totally normal. Smoke stoppers are still awesome on fresh builds, as that's the only other time inrush currents can ever be problematic.
@PaulHodgetts5 жыл бұрын
You have a capacitor wired across the VBAT +/GND, right? Probably what you're hearing is the capacitor charging up. It charges so fast it's like a short across the VBAT/GND for a few milliseconds and sounds like a pop. Totally normal.
