At 15:35 it looks as if you stepped on a hammer stone. I'm not familiar with your stones but that could be one in North America. I really enjoy watching your content. Good luck and happy hunting.

Hey thanks Hobo, glad you enjoy the vids! I don’t think that was a hammer stone I stepped on but you never know I guess. There’s quite a lot of that natural rock on the field 😊👍

A serious consideration, leaving aside the jokes or the possible ban on collecting the finds. My opinion is that by leaving the objects in the ground there is a great probability of losing them forever and losing the knowledge of these populations, because every time the farmer goes to plow the field there will be the possibility that the plow will hit the objects breaking them more and more. In any case your research are very interesting and thank you very much to sharing 👍😃

@@tizianocaronni702 I know where you’re coming from and always appreciate your comments Tizi, but the archaeologists will argue that a small broken piece of an arrowhead can give the same information as a whole one, if it’s still able to be positively identified that is. Honestly there’s a bigger problem with the older metal finds being left in the ground here in Sweden, with basically a total ban on metal detecting, that’s why I started hunting flint instead. But the soil here is very acidic since modern farming and it’s eating the copper alloy finds quite fast. I really don’t understand why we can’t save them and record them, like in the UK, but that’s another conversation entirely. 👍

Hello from france.
