In my opinion, Marque of War Battles and Crimean War | The Final Crusade, sounded the most realistic but the Guts and Blackpowder one had the smoothest animation.

Here's my judgement for all of them: (expect shitty reviewing) Blood and Iron: You can't really blame the game because it was made WAY earlier, Overall, it's just okay Northern Frontier: The movements here are stiff (this is what i'm probably gonna expect for a few other games after this) I couldn't really see the reloading animation here NORTHWIND: This might be (probably) the only flintlock reload with actual expression used during reloading, Great reload animation (of course, because it uses R15) but the firing sequence is not good but not bad Lexington & Concord: The reloading animation is probably a little better than the other's reloading animation but not as good as NORTHWIND and Guts and Blackpowder's Still the same for every firing sequence, not good but not bad Battle of the Cavemen: Reloading sequence is overall worse It skips every part except for the ramrod part (which is also bad because it wasn't even sticked deep enough!) Waterloo at Home: It's like Lexington's, just the same Kinda better shooting part, but not good enough Marque of War: For first person, the view does not look good, and is the same as Lexington and North Frontiers Third person, yeah it's pretty fine Battles: Not much really expression being used here for the reloading sequence and the firing sequence Stiff like North Frontier's Empire Clash: This one is pretty good, just below NORTHWIND The expressions used for reloading are quite good and the firing part is partially good Bunker Hill: It's the same as Battles, self-explanatory Guts & Blackpowder: This one is the same as NORTHWIND's, has pretty good reloading anims and firing anims, The reloading is faster because you're in a zombie apocalypse too early Untitled Flintlock Game: Self-explanatory Crimean War | The Final Crusade: Firing effects look good, but reloading anims and firing anims look stiff (aka same as North Frontiers) Musket Testing: Same as Battles Overall, NORTHWIND and Guts and Blackpowder, Empire Clash are probably my top-picked one from this list of games

Not going to lie, most of these felt the same, The few exceptions being Guts and Blackpowder and Northwind. In terms of realism, looks, and feeling. It's gotta go to G&B, because they were going for as much accuracy as possible with their weapon models, the sound effects, and details of the reload. (For example, the two hits when ramming down the cartridge to make sure the ammo is tightly packed into the gunpowder) But in terms of animation, it's gotta go to Northwind, because of the hand and arm movement, it actually looks like you're loading it with more expression, but I couldn't make out much more about the reload, so it only wins in this category unfortunately.
