Flip flop pedal how to

These are the style of pedals Goat uses, he swears by them and has ridden well over 100,000kms in this style pedal.
They look like a joke to most, but to goat they are the standard of comfort and performance.

Have those same pedals and some old flip flops. About to put this on my Granolla Rolla so I can ride that gnar gnar dirt road to our local coop. By the way, what size screws did you use to secure the flip flop to the pedal?

i did this before but with coroplast over the pedal and a pair of those fixie straps. works realy well i can pedal 80% as hard as with the special clicky shoes

Please place L shape bracket in a vise or clamp to a table. Holding by hand while grinding is not recommended. Unsafe!

You wrap your toes around the front to help pull up on the pedals when going up strenuous climbs, hence the front cut off. For sure not for everyone.
