Flip Key Conversation with RFID Workaround | Transponder Tag | Toyota | DIY featuring Raneet Mallick

This is a DIY video where our founding member Raneet Mallick guides you through how you can convert your regular car key with central locking system into a more good looking flip key.
Now as we all know, cars these days do not start without the master key because all master keys have a unique RFID tagged to it. If the car doesn't recognise the RFID, the car doesn't start. So he also shows how you can bypass getting the RFID copying process which is rather expensive, find the transponder in the key and how to install it in the new key.
This process is for Toyota Corolla and most other Toyota cars which have the same OEM master key and the position of the transponder key might vary with different car manufacturers, however the basic logic is the same.

Yes that's possible. But the concept is same. Empty shells are available online.

Did you check AliExpress? Even if you don't, you can get universal shells which has the key blade base like yours.
