The amount of time taken for overall small scene is insane, no one could earn from just animation, it doesn't look like a easy way to earn money. On other words artist are not getting paid enough for their work

A worker at Mcdonalds earns 6x more than an employee from mappa, they have to work 12-14 hours continously on animating a cut, Manga to anime. They earn 16 euros, and they make ultra realistic animes, not to mention mappa only has 350 employees and tackles on A LOT of animes, like aot s3, jjk s2, etc.
