I can feel Amazon is way better at Customer service. One time I faced issue with phone exchange, Delivery person skipped the exchange step so it asked me to pay extra, When I complained, Amazon they themselves cancelled that order, placed a new one with same exchange and I got the new mobile 3 days later. After a week, I saw 1500 credited to Amazon Pay balance as grievance redressal amount. Also on multiple occasions, Amazon allowed to cancel orders even after shipping, but flipkart not allowing to cancel just minutes after placing the order. Overall, I feel there is someone at customer service at Amazon side to listen to our complaints but no one at Flipkart end.

Yes Bro, I have faced the same issue recently, on purchasing the Hisense Tv, I tried reaching out to them as the tv was not as advertised on the site, When tried reaching the customer care the guy boldly with bad tone saying we cant do anything and you have to deal with hisense customer care. Very very horrible customer care and the 7 days replacement policy is also the worst one and it also has some gimmicks in it, bottom line people should ignore this flipkart site, until they correct their flaws.

Ordered a Mobile recently and got it after 5 days from their promised date of delivery. Also the delivery person came on the final day of their delivery attempt date and wantedly reduced price of my old mobile for exchange and was saying like if you don't accept it then you won't get the offer. Such a pathetic experience from Flipkart but due to some exclusives have to stick with it or else will always order from amazon. No idea how this company is running with this kind of a team.

I recently had a similar issue with Flipkart. I ordered a Pixel 6A and from day one I had been facing the random restart issue when approaching the Flipkart they asked us to reach the service centre. After doing so the pixel service team replaced the new mobile after one month of followup. When I received the replacement mobile the packing was different and it seems it's original packaging and the one Flipkart delivered one was fake packing. So pls do not trust Flipkart. Amazon is far better. The second incident is the price. I was planning to buy a water geyser and compared in both online n offline. In online the same product was around 2k different and offline was cheaper compared to online also I got 1yr extra warranty when I purchased in offline. So pls check offline once before going online shopping.
