I faced the same issue yesterday. Mera 10k dikhaya tha exchange value, aur bas 2 scratches ke wajah se they already reduced the value to 7300 aur fir ye delivery agent unka app bina admin mode ke chala rahe the aur app khula nahi to delivery aur exchange dono reject kar diya. same experience yesterday... 15,900 bol ke check karne aye to final 8,000 kar diya... rejected the offer & returned the new laptop... got full refund. Flipkart fools not realising their fraud tactics costing additional logistics costs for ZERO income

@@Allabouttechnology24x7 Looking at the options shown in the video at 3:32 timestamp, you should have mentioned it as average due to that white spot as they will put it under screen discoloration. Not trying to defend flipkart, but it does make it look like you didn't read the options carefully. I don't know what you use the laptop for, If its not used for a lot of software compilation or video editing and stuff, you can just do some minor upgrades and continue using the same. if the storage being used is an HDD, upgrade it to SSD, best will be to install a M.2 NVME drive for best performance. Also one more thing regarding exchange pricing. It doesn't matter what ram and hdd capacity your laptop has or what brand it is. Exchange price actually stays the same. Price is based on processor generation, but flipkart agents are totally non-technical person and they don't have any idea about it. So whatever you enter while buying the product, they will try to match the same. Also they cannot give you any random price. The price will be one of the prices that is shown on the flipkart app based on the evaluated condition. Which in your case ended up being the average condition. As there is no option available to them to tell how much screen discoloration is there and calculate a price in between average and good condition price, that's the best they can do. I also bought a laptop on exchange from flipkart and I chose average because I also had multiple similar spots on screen and my hinge was coming out as the plastic body was beinging to break. The delivery guy ran all test, hardware matched my provided description, validations got passed and I got the amount for average condition. My delivery guy told me that if they evaluate the condition wrong and if the value comes out to be lower that what they assess they have to pay from their pockets for the difference as it gets deducted from their salary.

I think you are the flipkart deliveryboy and doing these types of scams dialy. tell these google quotes to your children or grandchildren. I am not against all delivery boys, but this is to the people who are involved in these types of scams like you.... first, know your worth as a delivery boy, and do your job, then everything will be fine. 8th generation i5 means almost 7-8 years old. u have to get rid of it soon, bro. else it ll become E-waste only. my dell latitude E series I tried to exchange but flipkart told 3500 only it was i9 processor and 2016 made. Finally i went dell showroom and took a upgrade for dell latitude E series only. and old one is exchanged for 11k . They paid me for the processor only i think.

Sir bad tregedy happened with me on exchange date. On 30 September after talking to delivery agent on call i thought to check the laptop before exchange but the laptop screen didn't turn on and 7 beeps are coming from i rused to nearby repair shop but after working on cpu error of 7 cpu beeps nothing worked now just showing turning on light and 7 beeps i checksed the flipkart checks and price list on exchange there is minimum amount section for dead laptop.but coustomer service is not aware about that so they Didn't helped much.I want to know will they take exchange if the laptop is dead.or the delivery boy can take some money for this exchange because this is a tregic situation for me i can't bear that much lose already paid too much to 2 repair shops.
