Flipping A Kitchen Cabinet Into a DIY Drinks Cabinet Bar │ DIY Modern Farmhouse Liquor Cabinet

Hey Craftydusters! In this video I am flipping an old kitchen cabinet into a DIY drinks cabinet bar! Making this drinks cabinet has been my most exciting video so far as it is my first furniture makeover and I love how it turned out! I show you how to make a drinks cabinet (or even a coffee cabinet station!) with wooden slats and some fresh paint, out of a regular kitchen cabinet. This upcycled kitchen cabinet into a DIY modern farmhouse liquor cabinet is easy to make, even if you've never used a power tool before and can be completed within a few days! I am SO happy with this kitchen cabinet restoration and I can’t wait for you guys to see the whole process and of course, the final result!

Great design but I would have used a foam roller to paint it, to eliminate nasty paints streaks.

I have a question: is this cabinet’liustrarizmenos’ I want to do this to my doors which seem to be the same old style like your cabinet but whom ever I ask, they tell me that it is impossible to diy it and I should take it to a professional’liustraris’

I think mine are protected with polyurethane (which is used to seal wood stain) but whatever it is, you can sand it a lot so that you remove the shine and then repaint it 😊 better to use the Benjamin moore primer before painting (the one I used in more recent videos), rather than a primer solely for wooden surfaces.
