I have used this product before the strip off paint and one thing I did that helped so much was I wrapped my piece in plastic bags and let it sit over night and let it soak everything came off so much easier.

OMG I am beginning woodworking and restoration and I so feel you on this whole video. I still don’t know how to figure out whether a piece is real wood or something else, have you figured that out? I can tell on the obvious, but these days things look so real it’s crazy. Oh and I really like that you mix your paints to get something unique, I’m going to try that out for sure. Thanks for making the video!!! I personally think you could have gotten more for those, they looked so good!!! Cheers!

Well, I’m in BC Canada and you can get some awesome deals but re doing them and flipping, you just don’t get the same profits as some of these other big name furniture artists. Even a few at the other end of Canada. KZbinrs. I’m still on the fence with Chalk paint verses cabinet paint. Chalk paint is way more expensive so I’m wondering if the good ol cabinet paint is the way to go….hmmmm

Smart idea to use the gold marker on the hardware! You may want to check out a product called Rub n Buff for hardware or anything you want metallic. A small tube is about $8 easy to use and the tube lasts a very long time. Michaels and JoAnns usually carry it and you can use their coupons for discount. Good luck!

@shantillylacevintage50833 жыл бұрын
Nataly. Beautiful choice of color. One thing I noticed you have to fix the drawers. If u haven’t already noticed some of the drawers don’t have detail and some do. Each night stand should have one plain drawer and one detailed drawer. For the large dresser two of the plain drawers on the bottoms and detailed ones on top. Hope this helps. 😊

What did you use to remove the sticker on the shelfs?
@ablazeinHim3 жыл бұрын
I think you could have got more for that 3 piece set especially considering all the hard work you put into it. Anywhere from $700 - $800. So that looks like shellac you scraped off, maybe a couple of coats of it. One tip I saw years ago you might want to try is using hot water with baking soda and fine steel wool to see if this will work before using stripper. You did a great job.

@flippingnataly95293 жыл бұрын
Hi, I do charge for delivery most of the time! $25-$30 for the next city over (15-25minutes away) and $20 for my city 15 minutes and under usually. I do find it helps to sell it quicker! And I feel like people that don't mind paying $20-$30 extra, usually respect your asking price! Hope this helps!!
