struggled with exercise mistakes that led to injuries and inefficiencies, especially during my midlife journey. Deborah's insights resonate with my own experiences. Seated leg presses caused strain, but she offers a solution, advocating for a limited range of motion with lighter weights. The emphasis on proper chest press and tricep exercise form aligns with my efforts to avoid shoulder stress. Deborah's tips on squat form and treadmill posture are valuable for enhancing effectiveness and preventing injuries. Aspect Health is crucial, and these corrections contribute to a safer and more efficient workout routine. Grateful for the guidance as I continue my fitness journey.

Thank you so much for this! I've been working with a personal trainer and at least 3 of those have not been taught correctly. Can't wait to try the adjustments.

I totally understand. They're doing the best they can.. we don't prepare them well enough in the industry... the measure of "certified" is a minimal knowledge level to enter the field unfortunately. There's so much for them to know!

So helpful! I'm getting so many injuries & now I need physical therapy for my shoulders before I can lift any weights again. I got a personal trainer at the health club but it wasn't like this! I'm old enough to know that the instruction you give here is what I want and need. I seem to walk on the treadmill without holding on for fear of losing balance and falling. Sorry for the long comment but I'm 100lbs over weight and frustrated. Thanks for the video!

Love the content! Thank you from NM! Would you explain, "perform in superset pairs 1+2, and perform in trisets 1+2+3"?

You choose two exercises for opposite muscle groups and alternate them for 3 sets for example. Or 3 exercises 3 times.. Helpful?

@@Flipping50TV just to be clear...for example I would do leg press 1 set then jump over to leg curl machine do one set then repeat for three sets of each? Thank you!

Greetings! Thanks for this video. I did legs today and I am switching to this routine on the leg lift. I have been using both legs but my knee has started to get ache at times. My question on the single legs is how many reps and set’s? Iam going to pay closer attention to my squats!
@Flipping50TV10 ай бұрын
I do 3 or 4 sets of 15-20 repetitions on that limited range of motion extension. be sure you do hamstring work on the same day you do quad-dominant exercise like this and squats!!

I love your channel but you are mispronouncing the word deletrious: del·e·te·ri·ous /ˌdeləˈtirēəs/ The I is pronounced like a long "i"

You are so right... do you ever have the same words that repeatedly simply don't roll off your tongue? I do! This is one! I KNOW it's irritating ... it is to mee!
