Dude why do more people not subscribe to this? This is greatness. I have only been involved with Commercial design/build interior finish out spaces and nothing residential just because we were killing the commercial market in my area but now its kinda slowed down and would like to diversify a little and dip into the residential market and these videos are great tools for newbies into the residential industry.

Hey Jerry. I have a question about lein waver. If you hire a GC and have them sign a lein waver as you pay them what happens if the GC chooses to not pay their subs? Can their subs file a lein against you if they do not receive payment form the GC that hired them to work on your project?

If I am hiring a contractor company and we have contract for all the work they are doing and he invoice me and pay him so I pay for a service why I have to get W-9? Also I’ve been watching you and I learned a lot from you as I am flipping the forts house now , please replay . Thanks Ali
