Sweet! It's a "tank" circuit! It resonates especially well when the capacitive and inductive reactances match.

Is there a thing called a LRC circuit which utilizes the three circuit components we learned. Would it work differently if there is or isn’t a voltage source present

what creates the current when the capacitor is fully charged?

the inductor resists the change in current, and bcz current becomes zero after capacitor is fully charged, it will create an induced current.

Current is momentarily zero, when the capacitor is fully charged. The inductor would otherwise short the circuit to drive it to discharge, but its inductance impedes an abrupt change in current and prevents it from being a short circuit. There is a cycling transfer of energy between the electrostatic potential energy in the capacitor, and magnetic field energy in the inductor.
