That is an airgun spinner from walmart. It did not hold up well to slingshot ammo however.

Check out gun shops and sporting goods stores or order online. Just be careful some of the plates meant for high power rifles may bounce the steel balls back at you.

Yea I tried the Spinners and the first 4 shot knocked the targets clean off with marbles. LOL!
