Can't believe it, I just picked up one of these on the flea market in Tokyo! Cost me 100 yen, that's about one dollar! No visible damage and the lights come on when I plug in the battery so it will probably work. I need to find a transmitter!

I think the EC-145 it's a trainer for littlest 3D Helicopters on the market. The BlackHawk is slow and very stable, if you buy it, you'll love it.

I use to train people how to fly using Heli-Max helicopters. I HATED everything Heli-Max had out at the time but they were affordable and cheep to fix. I lost all interest in Heli-Max and changed over to Blade products. Good to see Heli-Max stepping up their game. This looks like a really awesome chopper! Awesome review as always!

you can either use programing in tx or a servo mixer, I recommend using programmable tx because its easier to set up and easier to adjust rates. I wouldn't recommend flaperons unless your flying something with a full wing aileron, there are also 2 forms of flaperons, high deflection (50 to 90) degrees will likely slow plane down with a lot of lift but the plane will tip stalling more likely, 45 or less will give a more stable flyable lift amount. These numbers vary with different plane designs.

As a Blackhawk Mechanic I really like this hawk but to bad they missed some details. This looks like a Lima Model but the rotor system is spinning the opposite direction, tail rotor should have 4 blades (really 2paddles) and the wheels should be black or OD green like the hawk. I would still get it, just had to point that out ; ) If I bring that to work the guys would tear me up. Lol

It actually works pretty well, I have only seen it done on indoor foamys. Unfortunately doing it makes the plane easier to damage, and runs down batteries quite a bit faster.

I am very reluctant to buy a heli-max product because I bought one years ago, and the tail rotor motor would burn out every 20 flights or so. I could not believe they released a product that was designed to break so fast. And it was a $300 dollar copter.

The blade Red Bull BO-105 CB 130 X and the regual 130x have torque tubes. Oh and I love my rotor bones tri taking me days to finnish it but thats cause I'm disabled. Its like building models when I was a kid.

When I looked at the price I thought it was a 400 or a 450 class. But you can get a blade 500 3d combo (not the 500x) for $325. All you need is a RX ,TX and a 3 ah 6s.

I've got a Master CP that was fun. Only down side of it, weak servos (strip easily) and the dang head allen bolts strip. I've got to get a dremel to grind the heads of the bolts off just to fix my head. *sigh*

Hey guys, I'm absolutely loving your videos, and I'm excited to see some helicopters! Can you do a review and build/setup video of one of the Hobbyking 450 size helicopter kits, possibly the HK450GT Pro v2? I want to move from multirotors into single-rotor helicopters, and the Hobbyking kits seem to be the least expensive way to go about it. Your videos are one of the main things helping me get into the hobby, and my main source of information at the moment, as there are no other local pilots.

I have been waiting for the black hawk to come out now. I love the fact that it uses a torque tube. Would you recommend it as a first time CP heli? I've flown coax, direct drive single rotors, and quad copters.

A hobby grade is just better built it's a lot better in terms of electronics they have a lot of interchangeable parts so you can upgrade where as on a toy grade you can't in general they are just a lot better I however do not have any problem with toy grade RCs they are just as fun but for me they tend to break ;(

I guys, I bought this heli last week with the any link module. It does bind but it won't fly, it looks like there is a problem with the reciver/gyro because the pitch is kinda mixed with the ailerons.. Do you have any idea? what should I do?

The only thing wrong on the scale is that the blades spin the other way on a real blackhawk. The more you know.
