I don’t understand it either! like I love her voice I love all them but her makes her stand out and she is the foundation of their harmonies. People who don’t listen to people with low vocals register or harmonies wouldn’t understand or appreciate that! She’s in the group for a reason! She not going nowhere! It’s like T-boz from TLC, how her voice was chill low funk and raspy compare to Chili’s voice, everyone brings something different to the table that’s what makes a group stand out and she sung lead on most of their hit songs! 🤷🏾‍♂️. they really bring out their vocals with thight harmonies from 1:59 - 2:45. i really love reneè in that part, such a smooth way to show off her vocal range, she killed it! her lows is my fav, something we rarely hear from recent artists in rnb. it got me a bit teary eyed, seeing her singing confidently 💜
