I know that a particular lady is in album mode but I hope FLO reach out to maybe Leigh-Anne or Jade of Little Mix, just to pick their brains about industry stuff and try avoid certain pitfalls that come. Particularly about people who'll try cause division, for own personal gains and manipulators. To anyone who's working for or with FLO. The success of FLO is the objective. If they win, you win and that must be the direction for "looking out for yourself" if that is the mentality. Stylist wise it's important to incorporate the personality of each girl, and mesh that to be cohesive with the brand of FLO. All the best ladies.
