Is anyone else having problems getting parts shipped to Canada? I bought 3 tanks and they are only a few months old and I have things breaking all the time. I have been waiting 4 weeks to get the heating pad replaced in my tank. The UPS is awful and we have to pay for the parts way before we get the warranty part in the mail. My card was charged 300 US dollars and I still don't have the part. I am losing business because of this. I think, Royal spa needs to find a better way to service their customers. I also have to pay broker fees every time I need a new warranty part. Not an efficient system. I was gonna expand my business but not if this keeps up. I will have to change my plans. Can anyone correct this flaw in your system????/

Hello, how are the parts and fixing going for u, interested in buying for personal use but afarid that the "actual" maintenance and parts will be difficult if things keep breaking
