Still one hell of an angler tho is Matt.Got all the total fishing box sets and the fox ones for carp.Class watching.You mentioned mental health I'm a sufferer and I've course fished for 42 years and started big carping 40 years ago still love fishing for all course fish but for the mental health side it's therapeutic it's basically saved my life

Spot on, for me it’s my chill out time away from the hustle and bustle of working in retail. Wether I’m surrounded by urbanised areas or countryside it’s all lovely. You can almost feel your blood pressure drop until you miss a bite 🤣
