Son, I have had a 69 Torion GT for over 33 years, the noise you are hearing is probably your A arm bushings, as they get old, they start squeaking, you can try to hit them with a lubricant spray, but most of the time it's just time to change them. A hint, if you do change them is to install 90 deg zerk fittings in them, that way you don't have to put a hole in the shock towers to lube them and can grease them every time you change the oil and make the front bushings and suspension parts last longer. I have gone thru many engine, tranny combinations over the years, awaiting the time to once again strip the body and paint it again, thank goodness the only rust it has had is the lower rear quarters and trunk extension pieces. This time the engine awaiting on the stand is a mild 514 with a mild stall equipped C6, good luck.

Sounds cool! The a arm bushings are new. But from china probably. The spring perches were even cheaper. I'm just gonna replace the spring perches and then go from there. Thanks!

Cool video! One tip I wanted to let you know about is lube the hood springs at least twice a year. I had one on my car go bad and nearly bent the hood. I've heard/seen stories of them bending the hood when you close it. WD40 will do. Your spring perches squeaking reminded me of that. Lol

Roller spring perches are what you want. $225 a pair from Opentracker Racing, worth every penny

That’s what I’m planning on doing. They look pretty cool. Thanks!
