Was great to see the Sherp live up to what it's designed to do. Might have to break down and get one soon!

If they would lower the shipping costs

It hooked and came up out of that hole easily and most likely because it's front wheel driven? If the rear was powering it, you probably would have flipped . It's a beast for the money!!

Ive tested mine in water. It does float, but leaks water in alot through bearings and joints between chassis to side panels. Will have to rebuild this and seal all joints + replace all bearings w.sealed stainless.

Hi mate hope you are well. What did you do to waterproof the chassis? Cant see what I need to seal up on mine? Cheers
@2004jpepper7 ай бұрын
In one vid he points out 4 holes in the bottom. Others have said to fill them w a screw and sealant like caulking. As for the top down I'm not sure what people are doing but if I got it wired and put waterproof connection on the battery I'd probably just seal the top in w caulk super small beads. But yeah it would be nice to see How.

i still have the popping even after a new transmission
@jayb.london54642 жыл бұрын
any idea what exactly is clicking there?
@Xofroggy2 жыл бұрын
@@jayb.london5464 really not sure mine does it every like 10 tire rotations

@Xofroggy probably a belt. It's far enough that every ten It's hitting something.
@ShenRC2 жыл бұрын
It may be the belt popping over a tooth I have a kyosho javelin with a belt drive and I also heard a click like pop from it when I ran it. It could also be the gears need a shim to tighten up the gear mesh?
@sheldonxx302 жыл бұрын
Hello, the click sound are from drive chain inside the body?! They are chain from first to second axle ?

There are belts and I’m pretty sure they weren’t skipping.

once that clicking starts its the begining of the end of that triple axle deal . there are vids all over showing that drive axle thing cant take all that constant change of directions . truly sad because its a pretty neat piece . at least you can go to 2 motors and drive it like a sherp / tank / bulldozer when it does stop working
