There is a lot of amazing game music out there. My favourite is probably the guild wars 2 heart of thornes soundtrack. They actually went through the trouble of recording it with a full classical orchestra and it turned out absolutly magical. It might be worth checking out, if you enjoyed this song.

Just a heads up there are two notes missing after the fourth cluster of notes on the verse end. There should be an e and an f# to finish of that cluster. I’m pretty sure that’s how the beat should go.

These sorts of tunes are always weird and on the off-beat. I always feel there should be extra notes in certain places too (I often add them in when I make my own covers) but this time I followed the original, and although it's a bit weird, it's more accurate to the original. Feels so counter-intuitive doesn't it?! :D haha. But in all honesty, you can play either way. Add the additional e f# as part of a 'roll' or just hold the appropriate part of the f#gf# section a little longer :)

Any chance you could recommend a D whistle that’s like an all rounder ? Been practicing for a little while using a dx006D tony Dixon and I feel every time I try to hit higher notes it sounds very tinny, whereas other guys on KZbin don’t seem to have that!

Why do you play the higher D note sometimes with the top finger and sometimes without? Is there a difference?

It plays the same note either way. Some whistles it's easier to play with the top hole open. Sometimes I try to play with the top hole open and forget 😜🤣
