I was wondering the same thing. My suspicion is that the dancing wasn't live (or at least, wasn't always live), and video segments for various tracks were submitted, then shown as FP streamed the live mix. Given much of the choreography, it's at least safe to say the dancers were given the music ahead of time. If the dance streams were in fact live, I have the same technology questions as you!

I don't think anyone is claiming this is an actual 'live stream' when they say 'Streaming from Isolation'.. My guess is that this mix is recorded, then sent to the dancers, then all the footage accumulated and edited and then uploaded to youtube, or 'premiered' as a stream the first time maybe.
