Thank you for touching base with us all on your new journey, beautiful new boat. I can assure you there will be no regrets for you, Constanza will always be in your thoughts. Over 40 years we had 3 narrowboats the first 2 we purchased a shell with engine and then fitted them out but our last Narrowboat 'Kent' we purchased a 60 ft kit boat which was flat sheets of steel with a set of drawings which we built and fitted out, my husband found a new skill of welding, we had no regrets each time we moved on to our new boats, although we did not live on board. We had Kent for over 30 years. Now retired from boating but so many happy memories made. Looking forward to being welcomed on board with your vlogs. Time to chill out now and enjoy Laura Maisie, cheers to you both XX

I hope your new boat is all you want in a new boat. Just a suggestion for a future vlog (you probably have it covered in planning already) - a vlog about why you wanted to change detailing the differences in the layout and equipment on the 2 boats and why you felt the difference was worth changing boat for you. I know it won't mean any particular design is the be-all-and-end-all in designs, but it would help people think about what is important to them. It is likely to be all so much more inciteful being a change from boat to boat rather than house to boat. I did not know it was your birthday, so happy belated birthday - and what a birthday present, a new narrow boat.
