Thank you for this beautiful practice. I couldn’t sustain the breath, but it was a great reminded to slow down and I feel calmer. 🙏❤️

Thank you. This slow Breath session allowed me to better understand my stances and improve my form. We've made it our morning Custom to watch you and join your class. Namaste. Thanks again.

What I beautiful, calming, and centering practice! I probably shouldn't have done it first thing in the morning, as it seems more suited for mid-afternoon or evening. One thing I found particularly interesting was trying to make the breaths equal when the movement being carved by my body covered unequal amounts of space; e.g. when we went reverse warrior all the way to the ground and not to the more symmetric side angle pose (though you still did that later). I'm still unsure of a good substitute for the dreaded thread-the-needle ;). Thanks.

My yoga teacher always encourages us to do yoga first thing in the morning, before we've eaten. That way our mind is clearer and our digestive organs are emptier, which allows us to focus more on the stretches. He recommends not eating for at least four hours before doing yoga, but I can barely go two hours without food :P
