The final stop of the Road to Worlds Brazil tour sees Will and Hywel visit the infamous GF Team in Rio de Janeiro, the gym that produced the phenomenal Rodolfo Vieira! Quem diria , ele acreditou não desistiu e está aonde está , conheço o Jaime Canuto a vários anos , não sei ao certo quando mais tem uns 10 anos pra ser sincero... What exactly does "Porrada" mean in the context of sparring?

Man, how could I explain.... The translation is "Punch" while in the gym would be "Go to War" or something like a hard sparring session. We also say "Sair na porrada" which means "Get in a fight", and we have to agree that "Porrada" sounds good for anything excited. Haha!

It's just a brazilian slang that we use like if you say it's "porrada" time it means like it's time to kick some butts, or that it's time to get in a brawl fight, like shit just got real. Like the others said it can be used in a lot of situations but it would literally means that it's street fight situation kinda thing, in a jiu-jitsu setting it's time for the real and tough roll.
