Flooded Old Strzelecki Track | Pushing On To Innamincka | Episode 16

The Strzelecki Track is one of the iconic outback routes in South Australia. In itself, it is quite an adventure.
We thought we'd try and do things a little differently though and see if we could take our caravan along the Old Strzelecki Track from our camp at Merty Merty on the edge of the desert through to Innamincka.
The only problem is there's been a lot of rain in the area recently and we can't get any information on the condition of the road. So it's just head north and see what we find.

Another great episode. I turned back from many creek crossings in the VIC high country because it just wasn't safe. I still driven to them to see what they were like. You don't know if you can do it until you make the decision after you have seen it. ☺

It's a great drive, James. You can also continue on the old track all the way to Innamincka rather than switching onto the new Strez like we did. 👊
