Flooding possible as another storm takes aim at Southern California

Yet another storm system is expected to bring several inches of rain to Southern California beginning on Sunday evening, meteorologists say.
While most of the weekend will be dry and cooler than average, the term all Californians have come to learn over the last several years looks to make another appearance - in the form of an "atmospheric river." The last atmospheric river storm struck Southern California early last week, with torrential rain, flooding and mudslides.

With all due Respect to Cal Fire. That truck that lifted the person out and the raft are from the City of Riverside. They also have a Swift Water Rescue Team which I believe is where the raft is from.

We need the rain so much but California refuse to prepare for it. What happed to digging runoffs so the rain can fill the reservoirs instead going down the drains to the sea. What about make the drains larger and then assigning block captains to clean the street drains. Take peoples complaints seriously. Fix in the summer. Don't say it not rainning so why fix the problem.

The El Dorado Fire is that horrendous fire started by two VERY selfish people that were doing a "gender reveal" party and lit a smoke bomb. A firefighter died in that fire.
